Happy St. Patrick's Day!

In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, I thought I'd share some bits and pieces of green from around my house.

I don't decorate for this holiday but I do try to pull out a few green pieces to honor the day and welcome spring.

A pillow I made just last week at The Workroom - a lovely sewing space that offers classes and gorgeous fabrics. It was so much fun! You can read more about The Workroom in a story I wrote for Oh My Handmade just a few weeks ago here..

The Irish celebrations will continue this weekend when we go to a party to celebrate my great aunt's 90th birthday! I'm trying to convince my daughter to do a little jig or reel for her in honor of her Irish heritage but I think she will have to settle
for a bottle of Bailey's :)
